Sex crimes against children are a disturbing and seemingly growing trend in South Carolina. Just in the 13th Judicial Circuit six of the seven cases on the docket nest week, involve those charged with child sex crimes. With that said, should the state adopt a chemical castration policy for those convicted of such crimes, before they are released from prison? Texas, Florida, Alabama and California all have similar policies. Let us know what you think, below.
