Should SC lawmakers work on combatting traffic fatalities?

After another tragic, fatal crash on Upstate highways is it time that State lawmakers start to make an effort to present legislation that would combat traffic deaths? In 2022, over a 1,000 people died in crashes statewide. South Carolina has long been one of the worst states in America for fatal crashes per capita. Should legislators start working on some measures to help alleviate some of these traffic fatalities? Let us know below.
