Should South Carolina issue gas tax refunds?

With gas prices sitting at national average of $4.24 per gallon (per AAA), some states are trying to reduce the burden. In California gas is currently on average $5.91 per gallon. Earlier this week, they unveiled a plan to give vehicle owners a gas tax refund of up to $800. Recently, Georgia passed a bill to put a pause on their gas tax. It seems like some states are doing things to try and alleviate the burden people are feeling with the high fuel costs. Should SC give a gas tax refund like California? Let us know, below
