Tom Rice is the U.S. Representative for South Carolina's 7th District. That district includes the Myrtle Beach, Florence and Cheraw areas among others. Rice was not invited to the GOP's conference that is being held in his home district this weekend. Rice believes that he wasn't invited because he voted to impeach former President Donald Trump.
