Investigators say they will provide more details shortly on a law enforcement -involved shooting incident in West Greenville, Monday.
A large law-enforcement response had been reported to a location on White Horse Road near Highway 183, in the Berea Neighborhood.
Early unconfirmed reports indicate the shooting erupted from a Highway Patrol traffic stop. Greenville County Sheriff's Deputies were also dispatched, and State Law Enforcement Division agents were on the scene.
SLED routinely investigates all law enforcement-involved shootings. No information has been released about any victim of the shooting. No further details have been revealed, as of the time of this report.
