SNAP benefits returning to South Carolinians after the federal government passed a budget bill to end the longest government shutdown in US history.
The South Carolina Department of Social Services announced that full November SNAP benefits would be issued for South Carolinians normally for those whose regular SNAP issuance date is any day after the 15th.
For those whose regular issuance date is before the 14th, SNAP benefits will be issued Friday.
