A Spartanburg County man is dead after a workplace accident in the Upstate, over the weekend. The Spartanburg County Coroner's Office responded to Trelleborg Wheel Systems in Spartanburg around 9 PM Friday night.
Upon arrival, the coroner found a man stuck inside a machine. The deceased has been identified as 37 year old, Christopher Rashad Crawford of Spartanburg.
A forensic exam as performed over the weekend. The incident remains under investigation by OSHA and the Spartanburg County Coroner's Office.
