
A plethora of Statehouse seats from around the Upstate were up for grabs. Republican candidates won the vast majority of the races. The unofficial results, still have to be certified, but they are below.

District 1 Bill Whitmire ran unopposed, as did Bill Sandifer in District 2.
District 3- Jerry Carter was unopposed, Davey Hiott was unopposed in District 4, as was Neal Collins in District 5.
In Anderson County, April Cromer was unopposed in District 6. Incumbent Jay West won handily over Chris Salley in District 7. In District 8, Don Chapman won in landslide fashion. He'll replace Jonathan Hill, who did not seek re-election.
District 10- Thomas Beach was unopposed, as was Craig Gagnon in District 11. It was a close race in District 12, with incumbent Democrat Anne Parks edging Republican challenger Daniel Gibson. In District 13, John McCravy ran unopposed.
Republican Incumbent Stewart Jones kept the District 14 seat with a landslide win over Daniel Duncan. In District 18, Alan Morgan defeated Michael Reitz handily. His brother, Adam Morgan ran unopposed in District 20. In District 21 Bobby Cox was unopposed, as was Jason Elliott in District 22.
District 23 Democrat Chandra Dillard was unopposed, as was Bruce Bannister in District 24. Democrat Wendell Jones won the District 25 race over two challengers. In District 28, Ashley Trantham won taking about 60% of the vote.
District 31 - Rosalyn Henderson-Myers was unopposed, along with May Hyde in District 32, Travis Moore in District 33, Roger Nutt in District 34, Steven Long in District 37 and District 38's Josiah Magnuson.
