More than a year after a fatal shooting in Greenwood County, a suspect is now in custody.
As we previously reported, the Greenwood County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported shooting at the Swan Meadow Apartments on December 14th, 2022. One person died in the shooting and the suspect had fled the scene prior to deputies arriving.
Early Thursday morning the suspect, Quadarius Guillebeaux was taken into custody in Abbeville and has been transported to the Greenwood County Jail.Guillebeaux is charged with the murder of 26 year old Jeremy McCaslan.
