Officials in North Carolina are working to locate the remains of a teenage girl that they believe to be dead. The Ablemarle Police Department says 17 year old, Baylee Carver is presumed to be dead, after being reported missing.
Officials say, 20 year old Joshua Biles has been arrested and is charged with felony obstruction and concealing Carver's death.
On Sunday, over 70 officers searched parts of Cabarrus, Rowan and Stanly Counties for Carver's remains. Ablemarle is about 50 miles northeast of Charlotte.
Carver's body has not yet been found and Biles remains in custody at the Stanly County Jail, as of the time of this report.
