The search is on for a suspect after a drive-by shooting on Christmas Eve in Western North Carolina, left one person injured.
The Buncombe County Sheriff's Office responded to the area of Rose Hill Road in Asheville, around 6PM Tuesday. Deputies say shots were fired into an occupied vehicle and the suspect left the scene in a gray SUV.
The person inside the vehicle was not hit by gunfire but was injured by broken glass in the vehicle. Anyone with info regarding the shooting is asked to contact the Buncombe County Sheriff's Office by calling 828-250-6670.
