An Upstate man is in custody after a stabbing in Seneca, over the weekend. The Oconee County Sheriff's Office responded Sunday evening to a home on Cedar Valley Lane.
Upon arrival, deputies found a man that had been stabbed. Investigators say the suspect 33 year old, Jeremiah Buster Head was in an argument with a woman. The man then intervened and Head then stabbed him. The victim was transported to the hospital to be treated for his injuries.
Two children were reportedly in the home during the incident. Head is charged with aggravated assault and domestic violence. Head was already on bond after being charged with domestic violence, earlier this year.
