A suspect is in custody for fatal DUI after a toddler was hit by a vehicle near El Latino Bar and Grill in Anderson, Monday night. Officials say, The one year old child died at the hospital, about an hour after the crash on South Murray Avenue.
The Anderson Police have identified the suspect as 62-year-old David Ronald Metz. The identity of the victim has not been released, as of the time of this report.
