The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office says a suspect is dead following a shooting involving a Deputy. The Sheriff’s Office says the incident started as a stolen vehicle pursuit that ended at Highway 8 and I-85 Tuesday Afternoon.
At least one deputy fired on the suspect, the total number of shots fired has not yet been released.
The Sheriff’s Office says there were no major injuries to any of the deputies involved. The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division or SLED has been asked to investigate the matter.
