The suspect driver is in custody after crashing into a pedestrian on Black Friday. The Greenville Police Department responded to the intersection of Rutherford and Croft Streets, jus before 630 PM.
A pedestrian was hit in the crash and was transported to the hospital. There's been no update on the victim's condition. The suspect identified as Cesar Maldonado was taken into custody.
He's charged with hit and run and not having a state driver's license.
