A suspect is in custody after SWAT was called to an Upstate home following a shots fired incident. The Greenville County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of shots fired near Mayo Drive in Greenville, around 5AM Monday morning.
Lt. Ryan Flood says, the suspect is in custody and is facing charges of shooting into a dwelling and aggravated breach of peace. Investigators say, the suspect fired shots into a residence on Crosby Circle.
They say, nobody was hit in the incident and the shooting appears to be random. A rifle was seized from the home. The Sheriff's Office has not released the identity of the suspect, as of the time of this report.
