The search is on for an armed robbery suspect in the Upstate. The Anderson County Sheriff's Office responded to the Marathon gas station on Highway 187 early, Friday morning.
The Sheriff's Office says a masked suspect pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded money. The suspect ran on foot and then got into a car and fled towards Highway 24.
The incident is still under investigation, and the search for the suspect continues.
