
A suspect in stabbing in North Georgia last month, is now in custody. The Stephens County Sheriff's Office says 37 year old, Cameron Deuntray Gibson also known as Cameron Hunter was wanted for aggravated assault after a stabbing in Toccoa, in late August.
Deputies were tipped off to his whereabouts Monday afternoon and spotted Gholston walking. When deputies tried detaining him, he pulled away and began running with one handcuff on him.
He then fled into the woods behind a business. Deputies then took Gholston into custody without incident, when he surrendered.
Gholston now faces additional charges of escape, obstruction of justice and a federal probation violation.
