A Seneca man who was wanted following a shooting earlier this week, is now in custody. As we previously reported, the Oconee County Sheriff's Office was searching for 22 year old Noah Brooks Brown after a shooting in the Townville Community, Monday.
Investigators say Brown fired into a vehicle occupied by a man and two women after trying to rob them. He was located and taken into custody near Walhalla, Friday afternoon.
Brown is charged with attempted murder, attempted armed robbery, pointing a presenting a gun and a weapons violation.
The Sheriff's Office says another suspect, Ezekiel James Cheeks has been arrested in connection to the shooting. He's charged with accessory before the fact.
