A teenage drive has been charged after a deadly crash in Western North Carolina. The Asheville Police Department says the single vehicle crash happened early last Saturday morning on I-240 near the Amboy Road Exit.
The driver of the truck ran off the road and hit a guard rail and a light pole. The passenger identified as 30 year old, Andres Villeda Arroyo was transported to a local hospital and later died.
Police say, 16 year old David Bernal has been charged with death by vehicle and reckless driving.
