The Greenville County Sheriff's Office is investigating the shooting death of a Greer teenager at a Greenville apartment complex. The victim, identified as 17-year-old Antwon Mario Suggs, had been driven to an urgent care clinic on North Pleasantburg Drive Tuesday afternoon.
He was pronounced dead there, but homicide detectives say he had been shot around 4:30 at Mulberrry Court Apartments on Mulberry Street in Greenville's Southernside neighborhood. An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday. So far, there's been no word from the Sheriff's Office on a suspect, nor what led to the shooting.
