A plot twist in the "Canebrake Killing" case leads to another arrest. Murder suspect, Zachary Hughes testified in court on Wednesday after his defense attorneys admitted that Hughes killed Parcell at her home in Greer.
Testimony during the trial from Hughes and other evidence led to the arrest of 64 year old, John Mello. He's charged with accessory before the fact and solicitation to commit a felony.
Mello was Parcell's former boyfriend and is the father of her child. The two were said to be in a custody battle at the time of Parcell's death.
