A third arrest announced in connection to the fatal Upstate park shooting earlier this month.
The Spartanburg Police Department launched the investigation into the Adams Park shooting after 37-year-old Krist Roker was found there with a gunshot wound to the head.
Jason Jurs and Natalie Hudson were arrested earlier this month in connection to the shooting, but the investigation found a third suspect, Patrick Hyshun Robinson, was also involved.
He was arrested Monday, accused of conspiring with the other two suspects to lure Roker to the park in order to kidnap him.
All three suspects are being held without bond in the Spartanburg County Detention Center on a charge each of conspiracy to commit kidnapping. Robinson and Jurs were also both charged with murder.
