Three people are facing charges after the raid of a Western North Carolina home uncovered drugs and guns. The McDowell County Sheriff's Office began investigating reported drug activity at a home in Marion, last fall.
In late March a search warrant was executed and fentanyl was found in the house. Three suspects, 34 year old Mason Goforth, 49 year old Terry Goforth and 31 year old Shannon Mills were all arrested in the raid.
Mason Goforth and Shannon Mills both face possession with intent to distribute and other charges. Terry Goforth was arrested for possession of a gun by a felon.
