A 3 car collision in Oconee County has left one person dead and injured three others hospitalized. The crash happened around 7:50 Wednesday morning on Tokeena Road near Cannon Road about 3 miles south of Seneca.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol says the driver of a Ford sedan crossed the centerline, sideswiped a Honda SUV and hit a Ford Truck head on. An underage passenger in the Ford Sedan was injured and taken to Greenville Memorial.
The driver of the Ford Truck and an underage passenger were both injured and taken to Oconee Memorial Hospital. The driver of the Ford Sedan died at the scene of the crash, the identity of the deceased has not been released.
