Three suspects are in custody on child abuse charges after a baby was hospitalized, over the weekend.
The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office Special Victims Unit was called into assist the Chesnee Police Department after an 11 month old child arrived at Spartanburg Regional, Sunday.
Investigators say the infant had multiple broken bones and tested positive for fentanyl, cocaine and THC.
The child's mother 27 year old, Hannah Michaela Cason, her boyfriend 22 year old, Dalton Lane Miller and the baby's grandmother 64 year old, Kathryn Harbaugh Cason were all arrested Monday in connection to the case.
The child has since been placed in protective custody by DSS.
