Three charged after shooting in Upstate gas station parking lot

A trio of suspects are facing charges after a shooting in the parking lot of an Upstate gas station. The Anderson County Sheriff's Office responded to the Stop-A-Minit on Pearman Dairy Road, Wednesday night.

Investigators say that a group of people were outside a nearby fast food restaurant and where throwing drinks on each other's vehicles. The confrontation carried over to the gas station parking lot. That's when three suspect exited a vehicle and fired shots at the victim's car with his children inside.

The three suspects 24 year old Ty'heim Pickens, 22 year old Dimazio Pickens and 17 year old Alijia Willingham are all charged with attempted murder and weapons violations.

The Sheriff's Office says Willingham is being charged as an adult. All three suspects are being held in Anderson County.
