The three men have been sentenced after a drug robbery plot resulted in a shootout at Greenville-Spartanburg Airport. The U.S. Attorney General's Office says, in January 2022 two men flew into GSP from Los Angeles carrying 50 pounds of marijuana.

21 year old, Tyree Laquan Smith and his girlfriend flew into Charlotte and drove to GSP to pick up 23 year old, Jaondre Zidarius Collier and other trafficker. The AG's office say two men, 21 year old Dequandry Kendrick Razor and another man were parked outside the terminal waiting to rob the traffickers.

Razor and his cohort ambushed Smith, Collier and the others, in a parking garage outside the terminal with pistols drawn and a gun fight ensued. As bullets flew, the would-be robbers fled the scene without the drug load.

Police responded to the scene and found the marijuana in the trunk of Collier's vehicle. They also found two pistols in the glovebox. Razor was later located and arrested in Columbia.

Razor has been sentenced to 20 years for armed robbery and multiple other crimes. Collier was sentenced to 68 months and Smith was given a two year sentence on drugs and weapons charges.
