Three teenagers are facing charges after what investigators say was a gang-related shooting in the Upstate, last week. As we previously reported, the Greenville County Sheriff's Office responded to a home on 4th Street in the Woodside Community on September 21st.
Now 17 year old, Davie De La Cruz Pol, A 16 year old and a 15 year old have all been arrested in connection to the shooting. All three are charged with shooting into a dwelling, a weapons violation and assault. De La Cruz Pol was booked into the Greenville County jail and the two other teens were taken to the DJJ facility in Columbia.
Investigators say, the three are gang members and the intended target is a member of a rival gang. A woman was shot in the incident and was taken to a hospital. Officials say, she survived and is still recovering .
