The South Carolina Highway Patrol is seeking information after a fatal hit and run. The crash happened around 6:30 Thursday morning on East Blackstock Road just south of Spartanburg.
The Highway Patrol says a pedestrian was crossing the road and was hit by a vehicle, the pedestrian died as a result of the he crash. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene following the collision. The Highway Patrol did not a description of the vehicle and the crash remains under investigation.
