Officials say over a hundred dogs were rescued from a home in the Low Country. The Georgetown County Sheriff's Office responded to a home, Thursday afternoon. Upon arrival, deputies found the dogs in deplorable conditions inside the home.
The suspects, Ralph and Kimberly Moody were then taken into custody. Authorities say the dogs have been cared for and re-housed.
