34-year-old Roger Laquerrius Neal of Toccoa, GA was arrested in Oconee County Sunday morning in connection to several burglaries at storage units in the area over the summer.

Neal is the second arrest in the investigation, charged with four counts each of Second Degree Burglary and Malicious Injury to Property and two counts of Grand Larceny.
25-year-old Bradley Alexander Cleveland, also of Toccoa, was arrested in September earlier this year on similar charges related to the same break-in incidents.
