Two people have been arrested in connection to a fatal shooting at an Upstate bar. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported shooting around 2AM Friday. When Deputies arrived they found a man dead following being shot. Witnesses say the shooting followed a verbal altercation between two men.
On Friday afternoon 26 year old, Elder Ramirez Escobar of UNA, SC was apprehended. He is the accused shooter in the incident. Escobar was brought into custody by police in Sherlby. NC. He was located at a hotel room there. Escobar faces charges of murder and a weapons violation. His alleged accomplice, Tiffany Dawn McAbee of Spartanburg was also arrested Friday, she's charged with Accessory To Murder After The Fact.
