Two suspects are behind bars after a drug bust in Anderson County. The Belton Police Department executed a search warrant at a house on Cox Street and discovered a large amount of drugs and a gun.
The homeowner, 63 year old Truman Davis and 62 year old, Laurie B. Owens were arrested in the raid. Officers seized over 100 grams of meth, crack cocaine and a pistol.
Davis is charged with trafficking meth, distribution of crack and a weapons violation. Owens faces a charge of possession with intent to distribute meth. Both suspects are being held at the Anderson County Detention Center.
