Two suspects wanted for hardware store burglaries in both of the Carolinas were arrested this week in Western North Carolina.

The suspects, Michael Scott Moore and Keondre Shamond Goodlett, were wanted after a string of robberies at Harbor Freight locations in both North and South Carolina.

Both were arrested on organized retail theft and felony conspiracy related charges Tuesday evening at a motel in Spindale.

The last store they stole from before being arrested was in Spindale, where authorities say they stole over $3,000 worth of items.

They were eventually identified and located after identifying a vehicle the pair had used in one of the robberies, which had previously been involved in a traffic stop.

Authorities say more charges may still be levied against Moore and Goodlett.
