The suit was filed in Pickens County on Wednesday by Karen Alvarez, the driver of the mail truck. Davis was arrested following the crash and charged with Reckless Driving. Coach Dabo Swinney says, the team punishment for both players was handled internally last year. Swinney also said, he knew the civil suit was coming, but it would not change the current status of either player.
