A K9 unit and a drone were brought in to help apprehend two suspects who broke into an Upstate restaurant. The Greenville Police Department says officers discovered a broken window and heard two people moving around inside the Sonic Drive-In on North Pleasantburg Drive.
Officers says two people were in the back of the building but refused to come out. A drone was called in but couldn't get in the building. A K9 officer was then sent in and located both suspects.
The pair was taken into custody and are both charged with 2nd degree burglary, interfering with police and resisting arrest. The suspects have not been identified, as of the time of this report.
