Two North Carolina Teenagers are in custody after the attempted murder of a deputy there. The Franklin County Sheriff's Office says that a manhunt Saturday afternoon ended with the arrest of 19 year old, Thurman Henderson.
He was found and arrested in the town of Louisburg about 30 miles Northeast of Raleigh. 18 year old, Malachi Taylor has also been arrested in connection to the incident.
Taylor is charged with attempted murder and felony cocaine possession. Henderson is charged with attempted murder, fleeing arrest and felony cocaine possession.
The Sheriff's Office says Corporal Benjamin Splees was the target in the incident. However, they have not released any further details concerning the incident, as of the time of this report.
