The Highway Patrol reports two teens died in a single vehicle collision Sunday night just outside of Greenville.
Troopers say a 2004 Infinity was traveling at a high rate of speed when the driver ran off Rutherford Road at Mill Street, struck a fire hydrant and overturned just after 9PM.
Both occupants were pronounced dead at the scene. The Greenville County coroner’s office identified them as 19-year-old Jair Martinez-Sanchez and 16-year-old Casandra Gomez Samano.
