More details have been released after two teenagers were injured in a weekend shooting. As we previously reported, the Greenwood Police Department responded to a shooting near West Cambridge Avenue near Lander University, Saturday.
Police say two teenagers, a 17 year old and an 18 year old drove themselves to Self Regional Hospital. Police say the shooting happened in an alleyway between West Cambridge and Stanley Avenues.
Investigators were able to collect shell casings at the scene. The Police Department says based on preliminary evidence, they don't think the two teens were victims of any crime.
The incident remains under investigation and arrests are expected to be forthcoming.
