Two Upstate high school students are in custody after guns were found in a car on campus, Wednesday morning. Staff at Westside High was notified of a heated argument that happened in the parking lot earlier that morning.
When the School Resource Officer began investigating, two guns were found inside a car in the parking lot. Both students that were arrested are 16 year old boys and there identities are not being released due to their ages.
Both are charged with carrying weapons on school grounds, one of them is also charged with receiving stolen property.
