Two Upstate men are facing child sex crime charges. The Greenville County Sheriff's Office says 62 year old, John Anthony Dobson and 58 year old, Eugene Wayne Levister drove to North Carolina to pick up a minor and bring them back to the Upstate.
The Sheriff's Office says the minor claimed the sex was not consensual. Dobson is charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor and kidnapping a minor for sexual assault.
Levister is charged with felony soliciting by computer and being a fugitive from justice.
