Two Upstate women are facing charges after reportedly setting a dog on fire causing its death. The Union County Sheriff's Office responded to a home on Linersville Road in the Buffalo Community around 10:15 PM, Friday.
The Sheriff's Office says Cassidi Bailey Hyatt and Jada Danielle Rogers poured gas on a dog and set it on fire which killed the dog. They're both charged with animal torture.
