A U.S. Congresswoman from the Upstate is holding a town hall but not the traditional type. 3rd District Representative Sheri Biggs will have a telephone town hall, Monday night.
Biggs joined Sunrise Carolina with Joey Hudson and said the telephone town hall is a way to connect to a larger audience.
Biggs said "The telephone town hall is a way to cover the entire district". The 3rd Congressional district stretches from Oconee County through Saluda County, it also covers portions of Greenville and Newberry Counties.
