The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office has arrested the owner of Thomas and Turner Boutique in Belton after two victims reported making purchases for which they never received the merchandise or a refund.
Pamela Brooke Schronce was arrested and charged with two counts of Obtaining Property Under False Pretenses. She was booked into the Spartanburg County Detention Facility Thursday and released after posting bond.
The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office said they are aware of similar cases involving this boutique currently under investigation throughout the Upstate.
