An Upstate supply company is doing its part to help those affected by Hurricane Helene. Steelcore Industrial and Welding Supply in Spartanburg is set to give away more than $100,000 in home repair supplies to Upstate residents.
Brandon Coates the CEO of Steelcore says they also plan to take supplies to Western North Carolina. Employees from Steelcore spent days helping with recovery efforts in the Mountains right after the storm.
Steelcore is one of the largest independently owned suppliers of nuts and bolts in the Southeast.
