An investigation is ongoing after human remains were found in the Upstate, Tuesday morning. The Spartanburg County Coroner's Office says, skeletal remains were located in the area of Highway 11 and I-26.
Coroner Rusty Clevenger says his office will not release the identity of the deceased, until their next of kin is notified. However, Clevenger did say there is a lot of speculation on social media regarding the possible identity of the victim.
