An Upstate corrections officer is in custody at the same facility, he once guarded. SLED says, 23 year old Joshua Rey is charged with misconduct in office, drug distribution, furnishing contraband and criminal conspiracy.
Rey allegedly furnished cigarettes and suboxone strips to inmates at the Greenville County Detention Center. SLED says, Rey received payment for the contraband during a 6 month period between April and September last year.
