A woman is in custody after allegedly stealing over 200 grand from an Upstate Homeowners Association.
The Anderson County Sheriff's Office says investigators met with the President of the Overlook HOA to discuss possible fraud by an employee.
An investigation uncovered 160 transactions from an employee named Tonya Selman who had worked for the company for over 10 years.
Selman is charged with breach of trust after she reportedly used company funds to pay her everyday expenses.
