A man locked up at the Greenville County Detention Center is facing new charges after being accused of threatening a public official.
The inmate 48 year old, Robert Wilson Voorhees is charged with four counts of threatening the life of a public official. SLED says on June 6th, Voorhees sent a letter that contained a threat to a detention center official.
Voorhees remains in custody in Greenville County.
